Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method
We offer standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 10-22 business days. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping costs during checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses
Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@infabay.com. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note, items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at support@infabay.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. For concerns about specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and make a new purchase separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU shipments, you can return items within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been over 15 days since approval, contact us at support@infabay.com.
