You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

Product the same as described, although the 3rd head is not truly a head, but a piece where the said heads are curled.
Comes with a little book with the various acupuncture points. Super useful.
Already came with a little battery, which is cool because it was right to test. But only sends the "shocks" if the person does it himself.
I already put it on and everything is OK.
